Actually, sung by Ramesh, belong to one cultural band name “Ralpha”. Since then, it continuously playing with same velocity and remains so in future too, till today’s date this song has been sung in more than 15 ethnic languages of Nepal. He pumped the life to this song written by self, in the music of Shyam Tamot. The song that revolutionize the thinking of countrysmen.. There is a representation of whole musical life in introduction of Raamesh. And that’s of the facet of millions of underprivileged. “Beautiful Faces”. Underprivileged ignored those (Beautiful Faces) layman who need wide open space in this world just like in his simple, pure and flawless song. Lyrically, this song is not aiming towards flipping the pages of dictionary rather echoes of soul which is searching the life. And Raamesh is living example that fulfill those ignored lives.

The cruelty and sexual violence that our mother, sister of villages of our own country went through within these 12 years long so called People’s War. The stories of these are enough to raise Goosebumps in every human being. Nor Maoist, nor policemen, nor army none of them are less in performing such dreadful act of taking away life out living females, leaving them as living dead. Some are rape in accusation of being Maoist, some are raped because of being the family members of Maoist or Army, some of raped because of spying Maoist, or some spying Army. Some are raped in front of their parents, some are raped in front of her own husband, some are raped in cow shed, some are raped in field, some are in front of their crying and weeping children. During second world war, the women being raped are from the enemies country but in our country, the women being raped are all mothers, sisters of all fighting population no matter they belong to Maoist or army or policemen; who are responsible for security and service of those victimized population. And this bitter fact is the only difference in the case of sexual violence between Second World War and this 12 years long so called People’s War.

I read about lots of sexual violence during the Second World War, so violent that the person with weak heart could not read it. With in the duration of Second World War, more than 10,000,000 of age females 10-80 of were raped, look at the stats; approximately, the total female population of Nepal. Soldiers keep women as their slave just for sex. One woman raped by many soldiers in just one day. Those who stand against them were beaten, whipped without giving food and raped by group of soldiers. Those who got pregnant due to that rape was aborted and some are even vaccinated to cease their fertility. In china, soldiers did pathetic act by making father to have sex with their daughters and sons to their mother instead of doing dirty deeds by themselves. Many forcefully made prostitute or sex slave during Second World War were died. And those who are alive are physically handicapped and mentally compromised. With lots of hard feelings and heavy heart, I am writing this blog full of cruel violence that happen to women.

Rape- “When and Where”

While going trough the sub headlines entitled “Victim of rape in childhood” I don’t know the exact date or name of the paper; I tried to search I found many with the same headlines. In same paper, Some village in Rautahat (Terai district of Nepal), 10 women including 15 year old girl had been raped by group of four men. Because of threat, they couldn’t even complain anywhere. Having the rebel within oneself, I am typing this thing about the cruelest violence to woman by man entitled in newspaper as “Cruel Violence-Rape”. I don’t know, when and where, this incident occurred. We all grew up hearing, the stories clothes stealing by Lord Krishna or “Draupadi’s Vastraharan*”. But in one of the saying of Philosopher Confucius which sounds something like this, “if anyone try to rape you, the fight against it till you last, do so with all of your strength, if can’t fight anymore lay down quietly”. As a male I can’t get through this proverb, but I knew one thing that about 2500 years ago, this bad incident used to occur.

It was then when we stayed in Casa roiz, Goa. Me, Dipendra and DBK sir was left at guest house; waiting for something to happen, and somebody to come. I left soem of my wet T shirts and a jeans to dry off on wall front of the room no 304, 2nd floor. I left my camera Sony DSC-S600 on the wall where Dipendra was standing. I collected my clothes and threw it on my bed and walked downstairs along with DBK sir and Dipendra. We went to the near by Tea-shop and had our usual breakfast; Paubhaji and a cup of tea. Suddenly, my vision sticked in front of white Chinese clay statue of Shirdi Baba. My eyes glued and those pair of heavenly eyes of idol of Baba are internally motivating to do something. then, I asked Dipendra whereabouts of my camera, he replied that he didn't know. OOOOOOOHHHHHH SHIT!!!! Man!! you left that camera on the wall. I quickly paced back to Guest House. I rushed to the same place in front of room no 304.
Thank you Shirdi Baba, it was there and i grabbed and walked my way to the downstairs, a group of people from other states of India were marching towards the vacant room next to the very place where i left my camera. i beat them by just few seconds; other wise....... that Sony DSC-s600 camera would be history. and Thanks Baba, Your answer is no more mystery.
