Press Conference about murder of Journalist Birendra Shah

The one month long drama of jounalst Birndra shah's abduction and murder came to an end. the fact of murder of journalist shah by the cadre's of CPN (Maoist) is proved once again. Before this, investigation of jounalist, human rights workers and parliamentary team had found this fact. Now, Maoist investigative committee had accepted tis fact. On Monday 5 Nov, this committee published this fact in press conference. According to the report, he was murdered on the day he was abducted. But, this investigative committee failed to inform the whereabout of the Shah's body despite of acceptance of his killing. The co0mmitteee pointed its worker Kundan Faujdar, Ramekbal Sahani and Lal Bahadur Chaudhary as a planner and murderer but it stand against Hareram Patel (Maoist district committee member and Area Incharge) saying it is needless to include him with those three. The party tried to cover this tragedy by saying that they have taken the action against those who are responsible for the murder.
