Common festivals of bird, animal, and human

The five days, two days prior to and two days after the new moon of October/November is known, as Tihar or Yamapanchak is the one of the unique festivals in world’s history. There is no festival anywhere in the world in which human are worshiped along with bird and animal. This is the specialty and originality of this Tihar. Crow, dog, cow, Bull including brothers are worshiped together. This festival is the inspiration for those who talk about social inclusion and rights for underprivileged. By establishing the cooperation and coordination among human beings, other living organism of this nature, it inaugurates the philosophy of co-existence and a vision of One Globe- One Village. Those who respect cow, bull, crow and dog are real preacher and priest; this cultural belief of Nepalese made this festival livelier.

No matter, how worse humans had been to animals lately, but these birds, animals though crow and dogs are just the representative of their respective species had been our friends before the civilization commenced. Lack of these organisms makes this creation beauty-less and environment imbalanced.

To protect and preserve these creatures which is nature’s real gift and humans' true friend is the duty of mankind.

Still sacrificing animal, in the name of religion saying that their soul goes to heaven. What kind of norm is this? If it’s so then why don’t those people try this to their own father. If those so-called priest send these innocent animal to heaven. Then for whom does the hell belong?

So, this festivals concludes with the lesson of coexistence of human with other living being for brighter and healthier earth.
