Healthy heart

World heart disease day falls on 30th of September. According to statistics of Nepal academy of heart disease. Heart disease accounts for 25% of the death caused by uncommunicable diseases. approximately 205 of adult is suffering from hypertension. within this past decade, the prevalence of heart patient increased five-folds. These stats really posing the threats. If we analyze the condition and available facilities of public health service of Nepal then it is a herculean task.With limited physical infrastructure, health care to these unlimited patient is impossible. Taking these fact as consideration, Nepalese population should switch their lifestyle. That's why proverb "prevention is better than cure" is applicable in this context. Increasing urbanization and rat race of this modern civilization gifted us depression and hypertension. Lack of physical exercise and unhygienic diet is welcoming invitation to the heartdisease. Anything with deep-fried, extra spicy and extra salty should be removed from menu to prevent heart disease. The probability of incident will minimize if our food goes like ape that is green vegetables, fruits etc.
