Brain drain
Brain drain is the probably the biggest pain today for Nepal. Each and everyday, many people mostly the most productive group of people i.e. youth and skilled man power. Though they bring home lot of remittance but when they come home they have nothing beside complaints about the country. With in this 12 years of people's war about 13 thousands people of 15 - 35 years old all energetic and productive having lots of guts and brains that can be utilized for the country. But being the world's one of most unemployed country we've got nothing besides relying upon the third grade job no matter how much educated the person is, no matter how much efficient he is . ha! my country with pain of it's own.
