Curious about sampling the thermophiles

Thermophile are the microorganisms that thrive in hostile environment of 50 degree centigrade. And i am too inquisitive about these organism because of their specialized adaptation in such hostile environment. Anyone can get perplexed, that lowering of the temperature can kill these heat-loving organisms. i am thinking about collecting some of these thermophiles from the hotsprings of "Tatopani"which simplly means hot water in the native language, but how can I maintain the temperature after sample collection and my main problem will be maintaining the aseptic condition without hampering their viablity
